Exam activity needed to run mocks — attempts, answers, timers, and results

How we use it

We use your information to create and secure your account, deliver timed mock tests, save and resume progress, show results, respond to support requests, and keep the platform reliable and fair. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and sessions

MockPreparation uses secure session cookies so you stay signed in while practising. These cookies are required for authentication and are not used for third-party advertising.

Data retention

Account and attempt data are kept so you can review history and results. Contact messages are stored so our team can reply and improve support. You may ask us to update or remove personal details where feasible by contacting us.

Sharing

We may use trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, database, and similar services) that process data only to run MockPreparation. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the security of the platform and its users.

Your choices

You can use Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to legal and operational limits (for example, completed exam records may be needed for integrity).
